Equipath provides supported accommodation combined with structured education, life-skills development and progression planning for young adults aged 18–25 with SEND and SEMH needs who are at risk of exclusion, homelessness or exploitation.
Our approach focuses on stabilisation, development and supported progression into independence, employment or further education.

Equipath placements include:


safe supported residential accommodation, structured daily routines and pastoral mentoring, independent living and financial literacy support, vocational tasters and employability development, emotional regulation and confidence-building programmes, progression planning into employment, education or independent housing. Support levels are tailored following referral assessment.
